Cureator Foundation

Cureator Foundation is a semantic data platform that connects radiotherapy data across existing clinical systems and turns it into searchable, comparable and reusable treatment knowledge.

Connect data

Connect accessible imaging, structure, plan and dose data, together with selected clinical information, through defined DICOM and FHIR interfaces.

Model relationships semantically

A semantic model based on RDF, OWL, ROO and SPARQL represents the relationships between patient, imaging, structures, plans, dose and clinical information.

Use treatment context

Find relevant cases, review imaging and RT objects in the browser, and compare plans, DVHs and dosimetric metrics.

Reuse selected data

Provide selected data for plan review, quality assurance, controlled sharing, research and external AI workflows.

What Cureator is

Make local treatment experience usable.

Cureator Foundation connects accessible DICOM-RT and selected clinical data from existing systems. Its semantic layer models the relationships between patient, imaging, structures, plans, dose and clinical information. This makes complete cases findable, comparable and usable in defined workflows.

The institution determines which data is connected and which users or workflows can access it. Cureator reduces manual case search and makes local treatment experience accessible in daily work.

What Cureator is not

Cureator does not replace TPS, OIS, PACS or HIS, or clinical judgement. It provides data, context, visualisations and metrics. Clinical evaluation and approval remain with qualified professionals.

Technical foundation and features

Semantic context instead of isolated data objects.

The technical foundation connects DICOM metadata, RT objects and selected clinical information in a queryable knowledge graph. Users access this through concrete product features such as case search, browser-based visualisation, DVH, dosimetric metrics, plan comparison and controlled sharing.

Explore the technical details

The feature page explains how DICOM-RT, FHIR, RDF, OWL, ROO and SPARQL work together in the product and which capabilities they support.
